is an ancient Chinese system that will allow you to develop devastating
power for close range unarmed combat striking and
grappling.
This is done by dividing your body into 9 different parts; using
special exercises to train each part separately and then bringing
them all together.
Normally martial arts training does not break
down the body and is therefore weaker. With this unarmed combat
system, your whole body is infinitely more powerful for unarmed
combat fighting rather than just developing a nice physique.
